What does work is advertising to the right off-market buyers, leveraging my exclusive access to my exclusive network and creating customized digital advertising campaigns geared to qualified buyers. I also leverage industry professionals to create highly customized, well thought out marketing materials and strategies.
• It’s about a simplified process (for you): Your home may require some minor repairs, de-cluttering and/or professional cleaning - I will facilitate this with my team of go-to professionals. At no cost to you. Selling is also a paper-driven, legally complex process. Apart from using my experience, I ensure that this complexity is managed by communicating the nuances of the paperwork and referring you to excellent support people when a question lies beyond my area of expertise.
